Data Deletion & Retention Disclosure

What data will be permanently deleted:

• Account authentication credentials, email address, username, and bio
• All challenge sprint enrollments, daily check-ins, and consistency streak history
• Uploaded proof-of-work photos, before/after photos, and avatars
• Health data synchronization logs and focus session records
• Peer vouches, community cheers, and pod messaging records
• Coach profile and unpublished private sprints
• Push notification device tokens

Data retention policy:

• Community challenges published to the public catalog remain available to existing participants, with creator attribution anonymized.
• In-app subscriptions purchased via Google Play Store or Apple App Store are managed by Google/Apple and subject to statutory financial records retention rules. Please ensure you cancel any recurring subscriptions directly in your Google Play Store account.
• No personal health or habit data is retained following deletion.

Processing timeframe:

Requests submitted via this form are processed within 30 days. If you prefer instant automatic deletion, open the 23 Challenge mobile app or sign in directly to wipe data in real time.
